How do I know if my order is confirmed?
You will receive an order confirmation email after your order is placed.
Can I make changes to my order?
No, once an order is placed you cannot make any changes. You can, however return or exchange. (see returns)
When does my order ship?
Your order will ship between 1-2 days from receiving the order. When the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email, once it is shipped you will receive a tracking number.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you will be sent a confirmation email that contains your tracking number once your package has shipped.
I’m a Five Four Club member, how do I receive my discount?
In order to receive your 25% off discount and free shipping, follow these steps:
1) Go to Create Account
2) Enter in the same email address that is affiliated with your Five Four Club account.
3) Create a new password
4) Click "Create"
How much is shipping?
If your order is $100+ or more shipping is free. If your order is less than $100 shipping is $8. If you are a Five Four member use your Five Four Club email to create an account and shipping is free.
*For Hawaii and Alaska, members and non members will be charged a $7 surcharge.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently do not ship internationally.
How long will shipping take?
Our standard shipping is 7-10 business days.

What is the return policy?
We accept all returns and exchanges for up to 14 days after the item has been received. All items must be unworn, in the original packaging, with the dust bag and shoe horn. All returns will be credited to original form of payment within 5 - 10 business days of receipt.
How do I return or exchange?

We will accept the damaged item as long as it is unworn, in the original packaging, with the dust bag and shoe horn.

Sales tax will be determined based on where you are shipping to.

We carry sizes 7-15 in all of our shoes.
Do you carry half sizes?
Yes, we carry half sizes on all shoes up to a size 12.

All of our shoes are made of 100% genuine leather and suede.
